Refund and Cancellation Policy for Home Shifting Packers and Movers

We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their scheduled moving service under the following conditions:
- 48 Hours Before: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving date will incur no cancellation fees, and any advance paid will be fully refunded.
- 24 to 48 Hours Before: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled moving date may be subject to a 10% deduction of the advance amount to cover administrative costs.
- Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the moving date will be subject to a 25% deduction of the total estimated amount, as resources would have already been deployed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
- If a cancellation is made according to the terms mentioned above.
- If we are unable to fulfill our service commitment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., vehicle breakdown without replacement).
3. Claiming a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. You will need to provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
